Project documentation services for the construction of the right-bank road Zlín, Prštné – Pod Babou: complete preparation of project documentation for construction execution (PDPS) detailed for the selection of the contractor, including a control budget and bill of quantities for construction works, supplies, and services. Cooperation in the preparation and execution of the tender procedure for contractor selection, author's supervision during construction, a coordinated construction organization plan, and coordination with the activities of the state railway administration are also included. The PDPS covers objects for site preparation, roads, bridges and walls, water management, electrical and communication systems, pipelines, railways, land constructions, and land modifications. The execution is divided into three stages: Stage 1 (Intersection at Prštenská příčka – Nábřeží Street – Rybníky including the bridge over Dřevnice), Stage 2 (Nábřeží Street from the intersection at Prštenská příčka to the heating plant complex), Stage 3 (Nábřeží Street from the heating plant complex to the intersection of K Pasekám, Gahurova, Mladcovská Streets, including the intersection). Detailed specifications and conditions are provided in Annex 2 of the tender documents (draft contract). The staging of the project documentation and construction works will be specified after the concept development and incorporation of requirements from the coordinated construction project of Gasnet s.r.o. (gas pipeline relocation), which may also result in a simultaneous realization of Stages 2 and 3.
