Project Documentation for the New Construction of U Elektry II Primary School

Creation of complete project documentation for the construction execution of a new primary school building in Prague-Vysočany (parcel no. 937/8, 938/4, 939/3, 939/4, 940/1, 940/2, 1814/1, 1814/3, 1814/4, 1814/5, 1814/7, 1814/10, 1983, 1985): preparation of a list of construction works, supplies, and services with quantity surveys and a control budget, cooperation with the contracting authority during the tender procedure for the construction, performance of author's supervision during subsequent construction, including related engineering activities. The project expands the existing U Elektry I primary and kindergarten complex with a new, independent school building with a capacity of 27 classrooms for 810 pupils, including connection to existing transport and technical infrastructure.
