Project management for the rehabilitation of 252 dwellings in Block 1, ZAC Basilique, Saint-Denis: includes diagnosis (DIAG), preliminary design studies (APS), definitive preliminary design studies (APD), project studies (PRO), assistance to the client for the award of construction contracts (ACT), examination of the conformity of execution studies and their approval (VISA), construction supervision (DET), and assistance to the client for acceptance operations and during the perfect completion guarantee (AOR). Additionally, a PEMD (Products, Materials and Waste) diagnosis must be carried out in accordance with regulations in force since July 1, 2023.
