Project management services for new construction of Weilheim Education Center

Project management services for the new construction of an education center in Weilheim in Oberbayern on plots 2321/3, 2321/4, 2321/5, 2322, 2323, and 2323/2. Services include project control according to AHO publication series No. 9, funding and grant management, and project development for the creation of building rights. The project is divided into the sub-projects of overall concept development, creation of building rights, and realization of the education center (planning and construction). This is a federally and state-funded grant construction measure, requiring adherence to RZBau, BHO, ANBest-P Bund, VgV, GWB, HOAI, and VOB. Realization may occur in phased construction sections over several years. A framework agreement is being awarded, with the following services initially commissioned without separate call-off: project control for urban planning services (standard services for fundamentals and planning according to Annex 801, spreadsheet "Städtebauliche Leistung"), project control (basic services for project stages 1 to 2.3 according to Annex 801, spreadsheet "Projektsteuerung"), funding management (standard services for project stages 1 to 2.3 according to Annex 801, spreadsheet "Fördermittelmanagement"), and BIM management (standard services for the organizational scope according to Annex 801, spreadsheet "BIM-Management"). All further services will be called off individually during the term of the framework agreement.
