Project planning for the revitalization of visitor and exhibition areas and new permanent exhibitions at the Ostravské Muzeum: Preparation of project documentation for the selection of construction contractors, including documentation for the joint permit for the project (DPZ), project documentation for operational units, execution documentation (DPS), and all necessary surveys. This also includes engineering activities and author's supervision. Within the DPZ phase, a summary construction budget (cost estimate) in the form of aggregated items and building objects must be prepared, meeting all requirements of the IROP program methodological guidelines for the subsidy application phase. Also included is an expert assessment of the need to use the preliminary information institute according to § 174 of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act; if the client decides to use it, its preparation and submission must be ensured.
