Project Planning for the Revitalization 'Louky pod loukou'

Project planning for the revitalization of the 'Louky pod loukou' area east of the Loucký klášter: Preparation of project documentation for transforming the fallow land into a recreational space with high leisure potential, including public green areas and leisure elements. The estimated investment costs for construction are approximately 106 million CZK excluding VAT. The project documentation is based on a territorial study and will be divided into stages with separate budgets. Services include the preparation of project documentation for the permit of the intention (DPZ), including all necessary documents, consultations with state administration bodies (DOSS), and pre-project preparation with construction-technical surveys (e.g., geological, geotechnical, hydrogeological surveys). This also includes engineering activities for obtaining opinions and permits. Furthermore, the preparation of project documentation for construction execution (PDPS) with a list of works, supplies, and services, including a bill of quantities for the selection of the construction contractor. This documentation must comply with Act No. 283/2021 Sb. (Building Act), Decree No. 146/2024 Sb. (Construction Requirements), and Decree No. 131/2024 Sb. (Construction Documentation). Also included are the granting of an exclusive license for the use of the project documentation, support and technical assistance in the tender procedure for the construction contractor by answering bidder questions within 3 working days, and the performance of author's supervision during construction execution according to § 14 letter h) and § 161 par. 2 of the Building Act. further items as per the tender documents
