Project documentation for the capacity parking at Louka swimming pool on plots parcel no. 32/1- 24/6, 24/5 in the cadastral area of Znojmo-Louka: preparation of project documents for the permit (DPZ) including all necessary documents, negotiations with authorities, pre-project preparation with geological, geotechnical, and hydrogeological surveys, and other measurements. This also includes engineering and investment activities for obtaining statements and permits. Furthermore, the creation of project documentation for construction execution (PDPS) with a list of works, quantity survey, and detailed cost plan for the selection of the construction contractor. An exclusive license for the use of the project documentation, technical assistance in the tender procedure for the construction contractor (answering questions within 3 working days), and author's supervision during construction execution are also part of the service. The estimated investment costs for the construction are 200 million CZK net.
