Project management for the new construction of a Curative Education Center (HPZ) in Senden: The construction project includes the establishment of a support center with a focus on intellectual development, comprising the Lindenhof School (LHS), an Integrative Kindergarten (IKG), a Curative Education Day Care Center (HPT), a sports hall, therapy pool, large kitchen, and outdoor facilities. The design features a wood-hybrid construction with several cluster buildings and a central access structure. The existing buildings must be completely demolished. Object planning and landscape planning have already been awarded. Project management services according to AHO Booklet No. 9, March 2020 edition, cover project phases 1-5. The preliminary design is to be completed by August 2027, with the grant approval expected by early 2028. Construction is planned to start by the end of 2028, and the overall project completion by 2032/33. The commissioning will be phased within a 2-stage VgV procedure.
