Project management services for the baggage sorting hall extension GSH-E Terminal 2 Satellite at Munich Airport: Project management according to § 2 AHO Booklet 9 (May 2025), commissioning management according to Chapter 8.4 AHO Booklet 19 (January 2018), and technical commissioning management according to Chapter 9.4 AHO Booklet 19 (January 2018). The services are divided into five assignment blocks analogous to AHO Booklet No. 9: Block 1 (Basic evaluation and preliminary design, HOAI service phases 1 and 2), Block 2 (Draft design, HOAI service phase 3), Block 3 (Approval planning, HOAI service phase 4), Block 4 (Execution planning, preparation of award, and assistance with award, HOAI service phases 5, 6, and 7), Block 5 (Object supervision and project completion, HOAI service phase 8). The project management services comprise basic services and special services according to AHO. A firm assignment is planned for assignment block 1; there is no entitlement to call off further blocks. The project area is located in the non-public area of Munich Airport. The contract award is subject to the approval of the client's committees.
