Project management services for the new concept, renovation, and expansion of the Museum for Sepulchral Culture Kassel: Services based on AHO § 2 Booklet No. 09, with AHO not serving as the billing basis; lump-sum remuneration. Planning is completed up to service phase 3, with the project manager starting at project stage 3 (AHO). The scope includes execution preparation and execution (stages 3-4) with coordination of execution planning, preparation and participation in awards, control of construction execution, as well as project completion (stage 5) with ensuring proper completion, handover, and post-supervision. Special services include warranty management (list maintenance, deadline monitoring, defect assessments before expiry of the 5-year BGB or 4-year VOB period, checking defect reports, coordination of defect rectification) and award support for approximately 30 construction awards and 14 to 18 awards in scenography over a tendering period of approx. 20 months (excluding legal advice). The commissioning is subject to the approval of further funding; contract award will take place after receipt of the approval notice. A draft timetable will be attached to the tender documents.
