Extension of Warranty and Technical Support for Network Devices, Storage, and Servers

Extension of warranty and technical support for IT infrastructure: The service includes the extension of manufacturer's warranty and technical support for Dell blade servers, Lenovo rack servers, Fortigate 601E devices, Extreme Networks devices, Cisco solutions, and NetApp storage systems. The warranty and support are valid for 12 months from the end of the respective existing contracts. Proof of purchase for the service must be submitted within 14 days of contract signing. The contracting authority reserves the right, in accordance with Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, to cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds intended by the contracting authority to finance all or part of the contract are not granted. Detailed descriptions are provided in Annex 1 of the tender documents.
