Plastering works for the Museum of Hamburg History
Interior plastering works for the renovation and conversion of the listed Museum of Hamburg History: cleaning of existing substrates (approx. 5,000 m²), partial testing of existing plaster/masonry substrates for adhesive strength (approx. 250 m²), application of bonding bridges with lime plaster mortar & clay adhesive mortar (approx. 1,440 m²), lime mortar spatterdash as a preparatory measure (approx. 3,800 m²), application of base and top coat as lime plaster (approx. 4,330 m²), application of base and top coat as renovation plaster with lime-cement lightweight plaster mortar (approx. 6,975 m²), application of lime-cement mortar for tile covering (approx. 850 m²), application of clay plaster (approx. 1,500 m²), demolition, leveling of base plaster and application of renovation plaster as functional plaster (approx. 450 m²), disposal of demolition waste from damaged existing substrates (approx. 2 t). Execution, including workshop and assembly planning, begins immediately after contract award. Individual deadlines for completion of execution: workshop planning product coordination by 11.12.2026, plastering works wall tempering by 31.01.2027, plastering works as preliminary service for drywall/existing repairs by 31.01.2027, total plastering works in sections/large areas by 14.05.2027. Individual deadlines for commencement of execution at the performance location: workshop planning product coordination from 01.12.2026, plastering works wall tempering from 11.12.2026, plastering works as preliminary service for drywall/existing repairs from 11.12.2026, total plastering works in sections/large areas from 04.01.2027.
