Safety and Health Coordinator (SiGeKo) for HU and Hamburg Wasser Laboratory and Institute Building

Services as Safety and Health Coordinator (SiGeKo) according to the Construction Site Ordinance for the new construction of a laboratory and institute building for the Institute for Hygiene and Environment (HU) and Hamburg Wasser: The building, with approximately 24,500 m² usable area (NUF) or approximately 49,585 m² gross floor area (BGF) above ground, will be erected on an approximately 12,000 m² plot at Bullenhuser Damm/Großmannstraße in Hamburg-Mitte. It includes public areas such as a vaccination center, lecture hall, course laboratory, HU museum, canteen, post office, conference areas, reception, and foyer, as well as non-public areas with 4 laboratory sections for Hamburg Wasser, 25 laboratory rooms for HU, central sample reception, chemical and consumable storage, S2/S3 laboratories, dissection and sensor technology areas, a box conveyor system, autoclave rooms, and an administration wing. The outdoor areas are also divided into public and non-public zones. Services are commissioned in 2 stages: Stage 1 includes services according to § 3 para. 2 BaustellV LP 3-LP 7, Stage 2 includes services according to § 3 para. 3 BaustellV LP 8, plus special services according to AHO-Heft Nr. 15. Stage 1 is commissioned upon award, further stages are optional.
