Framework Agreement for Construction Supervision for Technical Infrastructure Elements in Maritsa Municipality

Construction supervision for the construction of technical infrastructure elements: supervision during the construction phase until acceptance and commissioning according to ZUT, preparation of acts and protocols, provision of qualified personnel, control of completeness and correctness of documents, site setup, maintenance of the construction logbook, control of lawful construction execution and, if necessary, construction stoppage, monitoring of health and safety standards, protection of third parties and their property, reporting of technical rule violations within 3 days, inspection and control of construction products according to EU Regulation No 305/2011 (mechanical resistance, fire safety, hygiene, health, environment, accessibility, noise protection, energy efficiency, sustainable resource use), issuing instructions and their control, monitoring the implementation of instructions from other authorities, fulfillment of duties according to Ordinance No 1 of 2007 on accident investigation, certification of as-built documentation, organization of 72-hour operational tests if required, provision of specialists, control of geodetic surveying and preparation of documents for certificates according to Art. 54a ZKIR and Art. 175 ZUT, control of the protection of geodetic markers, preparation of documents for certificates from the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre service, preparation of the final construction report according to Art. 168 para. 6 ZUT, preparation of the report on the construction waste management plan according to Ordinance of 05.12.2017, performance of safety and health coordinator functions according to Ordinance No 2 of 2004; further items as per the tender documents.
