New construction of a replacement service building for the Mustikkamaa recreational area: The project is executed as a Design and Build (SR) contract, where the selected contractor plans the technical implementation and acts as the main contractor according to YSE 1998 conditions. The planned size is approximately 560 gross square meters. The location is Mustikkamaanpolku 1, 00570 Helsinki, on Mustikkamaa island. A preliminary agreement for the design phase is targeted for early September 2026, with the final project plan to be established in September 2026.
