Framework Agreement for Waste Collection Vehicles

Delivery of 80 to 90 waste collection vehicles, divided into 4 lots. The vehicles consist of a low-floor chassis and suitable waste collection bodies. The chassis features a diesel engine (HVO100-capable, latest emission standard) with approximately 205 KW to 235 kW power, a permissible gross vehicle weight of 26,000 kg, a permissible front axle load of min. 8,000 kg, a permissible axle load for axle 2 of min. 11,500 kg, and for axle 3 of min. 7,500 kg. All axles are fitted with 315 / 80 R 22.5 tires on 10-hole 9.00 - 22.5 rims. An automatic transmission with retarder, rear engine power take-off (flange 100 mm, approx. 600 Nm), a planetary axle as the 1st rear axle, and a hydraulically steered, liftable trailing axle as the 2nd rear axle are specified. The chassis is designed for refuse compaction bodies, with a maximum frame height of 950 mm in driving position. A fuel tank of approx. 200 l and a urea solution tank of min. 25 l are lockable. The paint finish is municipal orange (RAL 2011). The cab is high-design with low entry (max. 2 steps), suitable for standing upright, offers 4 seats and storage compartments. The entry height of the 1st step is max. 550 mm. It includes a driver's side swing door with electric window lifter and a power-operated folding door on the passenger side. Equipment includes an air-suspended comfort driver's seat, 3 static individual seats, radio with Bluetooth hands-free system, manual air conditioning, multifunction steering wheel, 24V to 12V voltage converter, EC control device, toll device, heated wide-angle and rearview mirrors, and a blind spot camera system. Optional deviations must be priced. A customer service workshop or support point with mobile service must ensure repair commencement within 24 hours. Response times for repairs and spare parts delivery, as well as at least 2 annual, free training sessions for 4 technicians, must be provided.
