Framework agreement for control tests, preliminary investigations, and other technical building examinations via an Open-House procedure: Services include 13 performance areas, such as soils and soil improvements (LB 01), unbound layers and building material mixtures (LB 02), hydraulically stabilized base courses (HVT), hydraulically bound base courses (HGT), and soil stabilization (LB 03), concrete according to ZTV Beton (LB 04), structural engineering (LB 05), asphalt constructions (LB 06, including performance tests), bitumen investigations (LB 07), joint fillers (LB 08), surface properties (LB 09, including evenness, skid resistance, and texture measurements), road markings (LB 10), preliminary investigations (LB 11, for asphalt, base courses, soils, structural engineering), environmental analytics (LB 12), and sampling for environmental analytics (LB 13). The Open-House procedure runs until 14.08.2028 and can be extended twice by 1 year each until 14.08.2030. Admission applications and contract conclusions are possible throughout the entire duration; individual orders may cover all or parts of the approved service areas.
