Framework agreement for vegetation maintenance on B-roads in the Sächsische Schweiz-Osterzgebirge district: visual inspection of special habitats (10 units), crown securing cuts (9 units), crown maintenance (18 units), removal of tree shoots (9 units), clearance profile cuts (15 units), removal of deadwood from trees (18 units), tree felling (19 units), removal of fallen vegetation (6 units), treatment of fresh tree wounds (3 units), branch cutting (2 units), 5m high stumps (4 units), planting of 5m vegetation after storm (100 m), rejuvenation of vegetation stock (500 m²), clearance profile cuts (800 m), removal of scrub from extensive areas (600 m²), control of bark and wood-boring beetles (40 units), watering of individual woody plants (25 units), disposal of non-hazardous municipal waste (0.5 t), provision of mobile noise barrier system (15 days), short-term traffic safety measures (36 units), setup and dismantling of traffic safety combinations (18 units). Services are to be performed on B-roads in the Sächsische Schweiz-Osterzgebirge district; individual construction sites on compensation areas will be specified as needed. Contract duration from 15.10.2026 to 30.10.2029. Alternative bids and multiple main bids are not permitted. Required evidence includes information according to § 6a VOB/A, proof of business liability insurance, 3 references (at least one each for crown maintenance, tree remediation, field hedge maintenance), qualification of the person responsible for safety work according to MVAS, technical specialists (forestry worker, forestry specialist, tree warden, tree care specialist including European tree worker), and a declaration on technical equipment.
