Structural Engineering and Earthquake Safety: Basic services for structural engineering for buildings and associated structures according to § 51 HOAI in service phases 1-6, special services according to § 51 HOAI in service phases 8-9. Consulting services on the safety of federal properties abroad against seismic effects, including clarification of fundamental questions regarding earthquake safety of buildings and technical systems, calculation of response spectra for evaluating earthquake safety using suitable modeling methods including the ESHM 2020 hazard model, integration of technical systems in buildings concerning earthquake safety, expert opinions for interim and new leases, advice on existing local and German expert reports regarding earthquake safety, and on-site inspections of buildings and technical systems if existing documentation is insufficient for a reliable assessment.
