HVAC Systems for Dahlemer Dreieck Property, Federal Environment Agency

Central cooling supply for House 18 of the Dahlemer Dreieck property in Berlin: Installation of two redundant, externally mounted chillers (each ≥ 27 kW, refrigerant R290, 2 m safety distance), primary and secondary pumps, buffer tank, internal chilled water lines, recirculating air coolers for room conditioning, condensate drainage systems. Integration into central building management systems and safety devices, including all auxiliary units such as magnetite separators, vacuum degassing, membrane expansion vessel, dirt and sludge separators. Construction of the outdoor cooling system, connection of the underground chilled water line to House 18 (electrical, telecom/IT, and BMS control center). Services include commissioning, instruction of operating personnel, and complete documentation (incl. wiring and piping diagrams, operating manuals, maintenance handbook, measurement protocols). Maintenance services are included for a duration of 4 years. Commencement of works within 12 working days after request (expected by 11/2026), completion within 250 working days.
