HVAC systems for the renovation of a reinforced concrete high-rise building with surrounding escape balconies and attached low-rise buildings, consisting of 2 basements (underground parking and basement), ground floor, 1st to 6th upper floor, and a roof floor with a technical center: One HVAC system with cooling and heating registers, silencer, heat recovery (WRG), and KVS system including pump station, all hydraulic components, and filters with 30,000 m³/h, supply and exhaust air locally separated. One supply/exhaust HVAC system with cooling and heating registers, humidification, silencer (SD), WRG, and filters with 6,500 m³/h. One supply/exhaust HVAC system with cooling and heating registers, SD, WRG, filters, and steel spring vibration isolators with 6,000 m³/h. Two cabinet-type supply/exhaust HVAC systems with cooling and heating registers and filters, each with 2,700 m³/h. One special exhaust air system with two parallel plastic fans, soundproof cabin, filters, louvre and control dampers, each with 4,000 m³/h. One compact supply/exhaust HVAC system with heating register, ceiling mounting, SD, WRG, and filters with 550 m³/h. Additionally, supply and exhaust air towers (AU- and FO-Türme) with approximately 1.5 m diameter and approximately 3.7 m total height for 33,000 m³/h, one combined outdoor air intake and exhaust air tower with Ø 1,600 mm and approximately 5.5 m total height for 10,000 m³/h, and AU- and FO-Türme with approximately 0.7 m diameter and approximately 4 m total height for 5,000 m³/h. Furthermore, 5,344 m² of galvanized steel air ducts and fittings, edge length 0 to over 2,000 mm, approximately 1,500 m of galvanized steel spiral-seam ducts DN 80 to DN 355 including fittings, other components and fastenings, approximately 650 m² of PPS air ducts and fittings, rectangular, edge length 0 to over 2,000 mm, approximately 750 m of galvanized steel PP pipes AD 75 to DN 500 including fittings, components and fastenings. Additionally, approximately 180 fire dampers (BSK), rectangular or round, electronically controlled, various sizes, approximately 430 constant volume flow controllers (VSR) and approximately 150 variable VSR, rectangular or round, various sizes, approximately 277 round silencers (SD) and approximately 25 rectangular attenuator silencers, various sizes, as well as approximately 400 outlets of various types and sizes.
