Cleaning of Metro Passenger Areas

Creation of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for mechanized and special cleaning of metro passenger areas, including rope access techniques. Services include regular cleaning (daily, weekly, monthly tasks) as well as non-regular, optional, and occasional cleaning services. The planned total area for the 48-month period is 93,891 m², divided into M1 (5,069 m²), M2 (22,496 m²), M3 (39,496 m²), and M4 (26,830 m²). Individual contracts will be concluded for transitional periods of 2–3 months, with a planned maximum value of 90–100 million HUF. Bidders must have ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001 certifications or equivalent systems, possess at least 30 high-performance industrial cleaning machines (with a theoretical area performance of at least 2,500 m²/hour), and hold professional liability insurance with coverage of at least 200 million HUF/year and 50 million HUF/claim. further items as per the tender documents.
