Cleaning and disinfection services: Flat-rate cleaning and disinfection activities within the scope and periodicity specified in the contracting authority's cleaning standards; non-flat-rate cleaning and disinfection activities within the scope and deadlines specified in the contracting authority's written order. This includes the operation of public toilets for travelers, including the collection of usage fees on behalf of the contracting authority via an eKasa cash register provided by the contracting authority, and associated revenue recording according to specific regulations. Furthermore, the permanent presence of a service provider's employee in the facility where cleaning activities are performed, and the provision and cleaning of entrance mats must be ensured.
