Travel services for business trips: Comprehensive organization and provision of services for employees of Sofia Tech Park AD seconded under project No. 101250707 BRAIN PP. This includes the reservation and provision of airline tickets for air transport of passengers and luggage for domestic and international travel (including regular and low-cost flights), hotel reservations and accommodation domestically and internationally, the organization of "airport – hotel – airport" transfers domestically and internationally, and the provision of "Travel assistance abroad" insurance. Services will be provided as needed, based on specific requests from the contracting authority, ensuring the most favorable available prices via a global reservation system. Requests will be processed during and outside working hours, including weekends and holidays. The service includes research and offering suitable travel options, making and confirming reservations, issuing airline tickets, online check-in and providing boarding passes, as well as assistance with changes, cancellations, or problems during travel. The estimated scope includes approximately 117 round-trip international flight tickets, 24 round-trip domestic flight tickets, approximately 117 "Travel assistance abroad" insurance policies, hotel accommodation as needed (maximum two nights for international travel, one night for domestic travel), and transfers domestically and internationally as needed.
