Creation of an interdisciplinary refurbishment study for the overall refurbishment of the building complex 200 to 204 of the Hardthöhe military accommodation in Bonn. The measure concerns five office buildings in reinforced concrete skeleton construction with a total area of approx. 15,000 m² GFA. The study is to examine options for an energetic upgrade to EGB-55 standard (roof, facade, windows) as well as the modernisation of the building services (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning, electrical, IT, fire protection and lifts).
