Plumbing, Cooling, and Compressed Air Works for Imatra Fire Station
Plumbing, cooling, and compressed air works for the construction of a fire and rescue station in Imatra, Piikatu 4, 55120 Imatra. The project also includes facilities for the Southeast Finland Police Department, storage and garage buildings, and a mobile container-type backup power generator. The construction site is located in an important groundwater area. This contract is part of a divided overall project with a total budget of 8,200,000 EUR, covering the main contract, all sub-contracts (plumbing/cooling, ventilation, electrical, and building automation works), and client procurements. Handling of TLIV-security classified material requires appropriate facilities on site and in contractors' office spaces. Plans for police facilities are security classified. Plans can be viewed on July 8, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Lappeenranta administrative building, Villimiehenkatu 2b, after signing a non-disclosure agreement.
