Collection and disposal of municipal waste: Service for owners of residential properties in Starachowice Commune, including the collection and disposal of municipal waste, the provision of necessary containers for selectively collected waste in multi-family housing, and equipping owners of single-family and multi-family properties with necessary bags for selectively collected waste and containers for bio-waste. The bidder must specify in their offer the disposal facilities to which the waste will be transferred. Personnel operating municipal waste collection vehicles must be employed under an employment contract. Before signing the contract, proof of registration in the regulated activity register (RDR), the register of collectors of used electronic and electrical equipment, the BDO register, permits for waste collection and processing, a waste transport permit or corresponding registration, agreements with facilities for processing, recovery, disposal, and landfilling of municipal waste, and civil liability insurance for at least 2,000,000.00 PLN for the contract duration must be submitted.
