Renovation of pier pontoons at Pohjoisranta marina: includes all necessary construction works, related works, and procurements as per the tender documents, to be fully completed. The client is the City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division, Public Areas service. Works must be completed and accepted by May 1, 2027, including successfully conducted official inspections. This is a total fixed-price contract, where the selected contractor acts as the main contractor and main implementer, responsible for site management and services. The construction site must be operated as a low-emission site. Quantities indicated in the plans are not binding. Subcontracting is permitted; further chaining of the contract is not possible without special justification and written consent from the client.
