Plumbing Services for CHI Sites
Maintenance, plumbing, and minor plumbing works for CHI sites: Provision, supply, and support of these services for CHI at Crumlin and CHI at Temple Street. The contract may be extended to NCHI, CHI at Connolly, and CHI at Tallaght if required. This is a multi-supplier framework agreement with up to three framework members. Works valued at up to €5,000 ex VAT will be awarded to the first-ranked company; works exceeding €5,000 ex VAT will be subject to competitive pricing within the panel. No static plumber or apprentice deployed on a full or part-time basis is anticipated. The contract is non-committal in terms of business volume.
