Sanitary installations for a school building: Installation of a backwash filter with flushing group, a water softening system based on the ion exchange principle for kitchen supply, cold water supply for classrooms and WCs, decentralized electric instantaneous water heaters for specific rooms (headmaster, accessible WCs, teacher's kitchenettes, caretaker, cleaning supplies, parents, medical, administration, media rooms), domestic hot water generation for the kitchen via a fresh water station with pre-connected heating buffer storage from the district heating transfer station in the basement, domestic hot water generation for changing and shower areas in the attic (west and east side) also via a fresh water station with pre-connected heating buffer storage in the attic, laying of horizontal distribution lines for cold and hot water and circulation on floor ceilings and in installation shafts, ring main installation according to DIN 1988-200, installation of flow dividers with automatic flushing groups, mounting elements for pre-wall installations in sanitary rooms (pre-wall installations provided by the drywall trade), fire extinguishing system in dry design on the west and east side with hose connection devices on each floor of the necessary stairwell and fire water inlets on the building exterior, domestic water and fire extinguishing systems made of stainless steel press-fitting system with diffusion-tight insulation of aluminum-clad mineral wool, thermal insulation of all main, distribution, and connection lines according to GEG with aluminum-clad mineral wool for domestic water and insulation caps for fittings, wastewater lines within the building made of highly sound-insulated PP pipes and fittings for connection, downcomer, and collection lines, collection of wastewater in the basement and ground floor with drainage via main connections, double wastewater lifting units for sanitary facilities below the backflow level in the basement and 2nd basement with pressure loops at least 30 cm above the backflow level, grease separator system for fatty kitchen wastewater including installation of a grease separator and sampling shaft in the ground (North courtyard, provided by the shell construction trade), grease separator (expansion stage 1) with direct suction, integrated double pump station, and sludge trap, sampling via manhole cover, pressure loop into the building above the backflow level, ventilation of the grease separator system and double pump station via the roof, use of PE pipes made of polyethylene with electro-welding sleeves for fatty wastewater, pipe fire barriers for penetrations through fire walls or ceilings in F-quality; further items as per the tender documents.
