Low-current installations for extension building of the Federal Ministry for the Environment

Low-current installations according to DIN 18382 KKE 405.1 for the extension building of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection: Equipment for the security control center/control desks with 4 control desks, furniture, monitor wall with 4x 55" displays and 24" monitors. OT security network with approx. 33 PoE switches, approx. 3 fiber optic (LWL) switches, and 1 management switch. Passive data networks with approx. 124 floor distributors, approx. 94 server racks, approx. 103 IT small distributors, approx. 5,600 RJ45 data sockets, approx. 22,000 lines, and approx. 9,000 fiber optic (LWL) fibers for splicing. Cables and lines for low-current systems include approx. 104 km installation/telecommunication cables, approx. 67 km fire alarm cables, approx. 6 km loudspeaker and induction loop cables, approx. 280 km copper data cables, approx. 30 km fiber optic (LWL) cables, approx. 2,880 copper patch cables, and approx. 340 fiber optic (LWL) patch cables. Installation material and laying systems include approx. 520 concrete drillings, approx. 300 m slot cutting, approx. 6,500 device boxes, approx. 700 m profile rails, approx. 5,000 m electrical installation pipes, approx. 2,000 m electrical installation ducts, and approx. 5,000 m cable protection pipes for outdoor facilities. Fire protection measures include approx. 620 fire barriers for wall and ceiling penetrations. Overvoltage protection with approx. 50 overvoltage arresters for data technology and approx. 20 for telecommunication technology. Cross-system services for coordination, integration, and alignment of telecommunication systems, including the creation of a specification sheet. Documentation with execution and operating documents according to BBR specifications and contribution to the Sustainable Building Assessment System (BNB). Commissioning management (including black-building, comfort, and emergency tests). Maintenance services are part of the tender. BNB certification in Gold for the building and Silver for outdoor facilities is aimed for; the contractor must contribute to successful certification, observing requirements regarding low waste, low noise, low dust, and the Federal Soil Protection and Contaminated Sites Ordinance. Material requirements according to Annex 01 "Materialanforderungen" at quality level 5 must be observed. Materials, products, auxiliary products, and components must be declared regarding their ingredients/properties (Annex 02 "Deklarationstabellen" in digital format, technical data sheets and safety data sheets according to 1907/2006/EG). Execution period: start no later than 12 working days after receipt of the contract letter, end 30.11.2029.
