Carpentry work for the new construction of a laboratory building and the renovation of a listed existing building for the Umweltbundesamt at Dahlemer Dreieck House 1: For the new building, 4 kitchenette units with upper and lower cabinets, worktop, sink, and electrical installations, 4 built-in refrigerators, built-in dishwashers, and built-in microwaves each, approx. 116 m of recycled plastic impact protection, and approx. 22 units of recycled plastic corner protection are to be supplied and installed. For the existing building, 6 kitchenette units with upper and lower cabinets, worktop, sink, and electrical installations, 4-6 built-in refrigerators, built-in dishwashers, and built-in microwaves each, 1 porter's window (single interior window), 1 tabletop for the porter's lodge, approx. 85 m of handrail to be refurbished, sanded, and re-surface treated, 9 period furniture pieces (cabinets, extractor hood, laboratory tables, WC partitions) to be restored, approx. 101 m of solid wood impact protection, 9 units of solid wood corner protection, and 3 WC partitions including mounting feet according to historical design are to be manufactured. Construction is to begin within 12 working days after request (expected by October 19, 2026), with completion in calendar week 33, 2027, taking into account temporary interruptions in the construction schedule.
