Installation of security technology and IT infrastructure: 2 audio/video intercoms on the building and 2 in the existing barrier system; establishment of a hazard management system with server and operator workstation; establishment of a fire alarm system (installer approval according to DIN14675 required) with 160 automatic detectors, 14 smoke aspiration systems (approx. 800 m RAS pipe system), 25 bus-powered signal devices, 39 manual call points, and fire brigade periphery (approx. 2,000 m fire alarm cabling); establishment of an intrusion and hold-up alarm system with 235 motion detectors, 27 arming/disarming devices, 122 magnetic contacts, 51 strike plate contacts, 26 locking elements, 63 pressure bolts, 8 laser scanners, 10 light barriers (approx. 2,700 m intrusion alarm cabling); establishment of an electronic locking system with approx. 74 double cylinders, 2 wall programming devices, programming station, and locking system management software on a manufacturer's Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform (manufacturer certification according to ISO/IEC 27001:2022/BSI-Grundschutz); video surveillance system with server and operator workstation, 19 outdoor and 2 indoor cameras, 5 cameras on mast systems, 1 network switch; 12 escape door security systems; data transmission network separated into security and IT networks with approx. 2,000 m fiber optic cable, approx. 9,000 m TP cable, 259 ports in 151 connection boxes; including installation systems, drilling, fire protection, scaffolding, and the client's system identification.
