Custom-Made Screw Supply

Supply of custom-made screws: Framework agreement for the supply of screws in classes 8.8, 10.9, and 12.9 with diameters from 3 to 16 mm for approximately 50 references and an estimated quantity of 100,000 screws over the framework agreement's duration. Included are screw manufacturing, surface treatment, quality control and assurance (provision of conformity reports, material certificates, and test reports), packaging in labeled vacuum bags, and acceptance and delivery. Material characteristics must comply with standard NF EN ISO 898-1, geometry with standards NF EN ISO 14579, NF EN ISO 4017, NF EN ISO 4762, and NF EN ISO 10642. Required diameters are M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, M12, M14, and M16. Surface treatment must meet NF EN ISO 4042, non-electrolytic zinc flake coatings NF EN ISO 10683. Mechanical properties of carbon and alloy steel fasteners must comply with NF EN ISO 898-1, steels for "quenching and tempering" NF EN 10083-3. Magnetic particle testing of forged parts must comply with NF EN 10228-1, acceptance inspection NF EN ISO 3269:2000. Screws are to be formed by cold heading, threads by rolling. The forming of screws and their impression is to be done by cold heading, preferably with preheating; turning and upsetting is prohibited.
