Electrical Engineering for New Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies
Installation of power and low-voltage systems: Delivery, assembly, and commissioning of systems across three floors of the incubator (GCT) in the laboratory building "New Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies", Sellerstraße, 13353 Berlin. This includes the creation of the horizontal cable tray system, expansion and supplementation of sub-distribution boards, complete low-voltage installation including potential equalization, complete lighting system, setup of a KNX control system for interior lighting and external sun protection systems, connection of external sun protection systems, installation of ceiling supply columns for office workstations, complete installation of laboratories, setup of a passive LAN network, creation of as-built and revision documentation, and creation of necessary fire barriers. Special requirements apply according to the Berlin Public Procurement Act (BerlAVG).
