Drywall and masonry work for the new Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies building, sub-project GCT_Incubator, floors 3-5: approx. 2,130 m² plasterboard walls F0 / F30, approx. 210 m² plasterboard walls F90, approx. 55 m² installation walls, approx. 93 m² furring walls, approx. 225 m enclosures for vertical lines, 3-sided, room-height, approx. 15 m enclosures for vertical lines, 2-sided, room-height, approx. 260 m ceiling skirts, height approx. 990 mm, approx. 22 units reduction connections to facades, approx. 66 units door openings to be created, approx. 2 units room-in-room systems each approx. 5000x2750x2750 mm, approx. 720 m² wooden slat panel ceiling on suspended construction, approx. 20 m² smooth plasterboard ceilings, and approx. 37 m² glass block wall. Special requirements according to the Berlin Public Procurement Act (BerlAVG) must be observed.
