Road, Utility, Lighting, Vegetation, and Demolition Works for Eiskellerplatz Redesign, Magdeburg

Construction services for the redesign of Eiskellerplatz in Magdeburg: Demolition of surfaces (approx. 610 m²), earthworks (approx. 400 m³), utility line works (approx. 200 m), curbs (approx. 35 m), sub-base layer for roadway (approx. 24 m³) and square area (approx. 210 m³), asphalt base course for roadway (approx. 60 m²), gravel base course for square area (approx. 105 m³), concrete block paving for square area (approx. 200 m²), creation of foundations, drainage works, electrical works for street lighting, construction of a privacy fence, planting and vegetation technical works, construction of stairs, and the installation of furnishings such as benches and a flush-mounted fountain with unlit water nozzles. Four planting beds with tree plantings, partly framed with benches, and a raised bed with concrete edging are planned. For outdoor dining, permanently installed or screw-on sleeves with concrete foundations for 4.0 x 4.0 m umbrellas are planned, supplemented by two retractable power outlets for mobile installations. The square area will be paved with large cobblestones up to Rottersdorfer Straße; the existing asphalt paving of Rottersdorfer Straße will be directly connected to the square area. A louvered fence-like privacy screen with a maximum height of 2.0 m separates a private parking area.
