Road construction for the relocation of Road I/45, 1st stage

Road construction for the 1st stage of the relocation of Road I/45: approx. 5.0 km of road construction in category S 11.5/90, connected at both ends to the existing Road I/45. The relocation is necessary due to flood protection measures on the Upper Opava and the Nové Heřminovy Waterworks, as the existing road will be in the flood zone. The scope includes one roundabout intersection in Nové Heřminovy (connecting Road III/4581 and local roads), one at-grade intersection with Road III/4583, one roundabout intersection in Loučky u Zátoru (connecting the existing Road I/45 and local roads), and one roundabout intersection in Zátor (connecting Roads III/4585 or III/45910 and local roads). Furthermore, several bridge structures, retaining walls in deep cuts, retaining walls along the right-bank service road, and noise protection measures in residential areas will be built. Adjustments and connections of lower-class roads affected by the construction are also part of the scope. The work will be carried out according to the project documentation by “Morava – RD PP pro střední zakázky BIM 2020”.
