Strategic Environmental Assessment for the ÁKK5 Project

Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) for the ÁKK5 project: Conducting a strategic environmental assessment within the framework of the project 'Second review of preliminary flood risk assessment, hazard and risk maps, and risk management plans and related tasks' (KEHOP_PLUSZ-1.2.21-24-2024-00001). Tasks include determining the content of the environmental assessment and developing a thematic structure according to § 7 of Government Decree 2/2005 (I.11.), preparing the environmental assessment according to Annex 4 of the same decree, preparing the SEA report based on public comments, and ensuring availability. A minimum of 4 distinct study/analysis work packages are to be prepared: examination and determination of the content and level of detail of the environmental assessment, including the development of a thematic structure according to § 7 of Government Decree 2/2005 (I.11.); conducting necessary studies and analyses for the interim version of the environmental assessment according to Annex 4 of Government Decree 2/2005 (I.11.), aligned with the ÁKK5 project schedule; conducting necessary studies and analyses for the version of the SEA assessment to be submitted for official and public consultation; examination, analysis, and incorporation of professional and public comments on the SEA discussion material as needed, and preparation of the SEA report and a comprehensible summary. The contract duration is 18 months from the effective date, expected to start on November 1, 2026, with a planned contract end on April 28, 2028.
