Support System for Library Services: Delivery, operation, support, and consulting for a support system with search index and link server, with an option for a discovery service. The system includes a base service with basic functionality and optional additional services. Connected organizations (Sunet's customers) can, based on need and availability, supplement with additional services during the contract period. Detailed specifications, requirements, and conditions are described in the tender documents and the procurement agreement with appendices. Included services and additional services are further described in Annex 1 (Requirements Catalog) and Annex 2 (Service Catalog).
