Supervision for Road Modernization DN71 Baldana – Targoviste – Sinaia

Supervision services for the modernization of Road DN71 Baldana – Targoviste – Sinaia: Monitoring of the design and execution phases, as well as the warranty period, for the expansion of the section km 0+000 – km 44+130 to 4 lanes and the section km 51+041 – km 109+905 to 2 lanes. The consultant acts as Supervisor according to the provisions of the Design and Execution Contract. Potential contract modifications include adjustments to contracting parties, additional studies or expertise, requirements from institutions or authorities, legislative or technical standard changes, changes in subcontractors, and personnel changes. Also possible are extensions of report or deliverable deadlines, adjustments to the Gantt chart, and reallocation of resources or savings. An extension of the service period is possible due to extended design, execution, or warranty periods, for correlation with construction progress, contractor delays, suspension or termination of the design and execution contract, new traffic regulations, additional works, poor contractor mobilization, use of implementation reserves, resource reallocation, or risks in obtaining permits. Modifications will be made in accordance with contractual provisions, provided they do not constitute substantial changes as per Art. 221 para. (7) of Law No. 98/2016.
