Support and Maintenance of Telecommunication Systems for the City of Viersen

Support, maintenance, and delivery of hardware and software (licenses) for innovaphone telecommunication systems with CTI, UC, ACD, Softphone, and DECT solutions: 805 extensions/PBX+Standby licenses, C4B XPhone Server + Up2Date license, 150 Fax to E-Mail licenses, 226 Voicemail licenses, 696 Office Plus licenses including Softphone (Desktop + Mobile), 10 IP Channel DECT Gateways, 30 DECT Base Stations, 30 DECT End Devices (ASCOM). This also includes various Innovaphone components (SBC, PBX etc.) including analog gateways with licenses for door stations and faxes. Support and maintenance for ESXi/VM/vSphere Host with 5 Windows Servers and 3 Debian GNU Systems including licenses and update service, as well as 2 servers in the data center for, among others, Softphone Mobile (Windows + Debian GNU). Furthermore, Innovaphone MyApps, C4B XPhone Teamdesk (4 licenses), C4B XPhone Konferenz, JTel ACD solution (1 server license, 1 GUI license, 30 agent licenses, 2 supervisor licenses, 2 wallboard licenses, 12 ACD Queue/IVR channels, 8 forwarding channels, 1 Innovaphone Connector, 84 Sip Trunks), web-based system management software, and KatharSys call data recording (GDE) software. Software assurance includes all major release changes within the contract term. Technical on-site service for critical errors/failures must be guaranteed within 3 hours.
