Support contract for OpenStack cloud infrastructure

Support and operational assistance services for a highly available cloud infrastructure based on OpenStack and Yaook with Rook-based Ceph clusters as primary storage: Regular support services according to EVB-IT Dienstleistung, including second and third-level support, assistance with critical incidents, technical analyses, escalation services, and reporting. Additionally, on-demand services include consulting, root cause analyses, support for changes, updates, upgrades, and migrations, workshops, knowledge transfer, exit support, and potentially development services. Operational administration of the infrastructure remains with the client; the contractor provides support through analysis, consulting, recommendations, and technical guidance.
