Supply of new and used vehicles via a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the period 2027 to 2030: The DPS includes 8 categories of vehicles with thermal, hybrid, or electric engines. Category 1: light passenger vehicles, PTAC under 3.5 tonnes, 4 to 5 seats, estimated value 320,000 € excl. VAT. Category 2: small utility vehicles (Type Kangoo, Berlingo, Partner, Express or similar), PTAC under 3.5 tonnes, 2 seats, estimated value 180,000 € excl. VAT. Category 3: large utility vehicles (Type Master, Trafic, Jumper or similar), flatbed or tipper vehicles, PTAC under 3.5 tonnes, 2 to 3 seats, estimated value 540,000 € excl. VAT. Category 4: large utility vehicles of the small, compact carrier type (Piaggio, Goupil, Ligier, Iseki, Alke or similar), flatbed or tipper vehicles, PTAC under 2.5 tonnes, 2 seats, estimated value 110,000 € excl. VAT. Category 5: large utility vehicles of the platform lift type, PTAC under 3.5 tonnes, 2 to 3 seats, double insulated basket according to standard for electricians working near ENEDIS or Telecom networks, estimated value 90,000 € excl. VAT. Category 6: large utility vehicles of the heavy goods type (4x4, skip loader, flatbed or tipper, integrated washing unit), PTAC 12 to 16 tonnes, 2 to 3 seats, estimated value 200,000 € excl. VAT. Category 7: utility vehicles of the compact suction sweeper type with 5 m³ capacity, travel speed 25 km/h, 2 to 3 seats, estimated value 190,000 € excl. VAT. Category 8: two-wheeled vehicles such as electric assist bicycles, scooters, and motorcycles, estimated value 10,000 € excl. VAT. The total estimated value is 1,642,000 € excl. VAT for the entire duration of the DPS. This estimate is indicative and non-contractual; quantities will be specified in the specific tender documents.
