Technical consulting services for a Europe-wide PPP procurement process and support during the planning and construction phases for the new Siegen Justice Center: The new building comprises approximately 10,505 m² of usable area and will be realized as a PPP rental model, where a private investor acquires the land, plans, builds, and operates the property. Services include technical advice for the preparation and execution of the procurement process, as well as construction controlling. The engagement is phased; the technical consultant will be integrated as a subcontractor by PD – Berater der öffentlichen Hand GmbH.
