Maintenance of technical installations in residential buildings: electrical and sanitary systems, annual maintenance of gas heaters, individual gas appliances for heating and hot water (boilers, wall-mounted boilers, combi boilers, gas geysers according to the Flemish Government Decree of December 8, 2006), maintenance and cleaning of flue gas ducts and fresh air channels, annual maintenance of electric heating (storage and direct convectors, electric underfloor heating), periodic maintenance of heat pumps (air-to-air, air-to-water, water-to-water, geothermal) including indoor and outdoor units and associated installations and controls according to manufacturer specifications and legislation, annual maintenance of wood, coal, and oil stoves, maintenance of rainwater pumps, maintenance of ventilation systems C, C+ and D, periodic inspection and replacement of smoke and CO detectors including battery replacement, creation of an inventory list at contract start and data updates, issuance of required maintenance certificates according to legislation, and all repairs and potential replacements for the mentioned installations (non-exhaustive).
