Technical Commissioning Management and Monitoring for the Renovation of the Old Men's Institution (SAM)

Technical commissioning management and technical monitoring: Accompaniment of the building services and security systems for buildings 01 (Old Men's Institution, existing building), 02 (New Gatehouse, partial new construction), and 04 (New Visitor Center, new construction) of JVA Wittlich from LPH 3 to LPH 9. The commissioning management includes the creation of a concept, cross-trade coordination, accompaniment of functional and performance tests, as well as defect and documentation management until the planned commissioning in March 2032. The technical monitoring then follows for a minimum of 24 months until 2034 and involves the systematic collection, analysis, and evaluation of operating data, particularly water, heat, and electricity consumption, to verify energy targets and identify optimization potential. The construction project includes the renovation and revitalization of the listed Old Men's Institution (Building 01, construction costs approximately 60.00 Mio EUR), the extension of the Gatehouse (Building 02, construction costs approximately 1.94 Mio EUR), and the demolition and new construction of the Visitor Center (Building 04, construction costs approximately 9.80 Mio EUR). Construction start is June 2028, completion May 2032, commissioning phase from April 2030.
