Technical Monitoring for New Institute and Seminar and Media Center University Greifswald

Technical Monitoring (TMon) according to AMEV Recommendation No. 178 for the new construction of the Institute for Geography and Geology and the Seminar and Media Center (SMZ) at the University of Greifswald: The two-part building complex has an approved usable area (NUF 1-6) of 7,792 sqm (4,953 sqm institute building + 2,839 sqm SMZ) and is located at Felix-Hausdorff-Str., Campus B.-Beitz-Platz. Services include performance phase 1 (LPH 3) and optionally performance phases 2-5 (LPH 5-9). The gross construction cost budget is 75,951,000 EUR (cost group 300 approx. 41,874,000 EUR, cost group 400 approx. 28,539,000 EUR, cost group 500 approx. 3,509,000 EUR). Realization is targeted for the ERDF funding period 2021-2027. Completion of performance phase 1 is expected within approx. 2 months after contract award. The RLBau M-V must be observed, and a BNB certification with BNB Silver Standard (at least 65% fulfillment) must be ensured.
