Technical Design and Construction Works for Bucharest Ring Road, North Sector

Technical design and execution of works for the Bucharest ring road, North sector (km 0+000 – 52+770) within the section km 0+000 – 100+900: ensuring all traffic connections at the DN7 (km 9+400) interchange with the A0 motorway. Contract modifications are possible according to H.G. no. 1/2018 and the General Contract Conditions, including adaptations of the technical execution project to site realities, changes in levels, positions, and dimensions, environmental authority requirements, relocation of objects, changes to the expropriation corridor, legislative or technical standard changes, and extensions of the execution duration. These modifications must not constitute substantial changes as per Art. 221 para. (7) of Law no. 98/2016. Further information is available in the contract.
