TGA Electrical Planning for Renovation of Funkhaus Area Buildings 2 and 3

TGA electrical planning for the renovation of buildings 2 and 3 of the Funkhaus Area: For Building 2, this includes the technical access separation from Building 1 and 3, the reopening of the main entrance with restoration of the original staircase, the technical self-sufficiency through separation of utilities (basement with its own electrical connection room, distribution room, district heating transfer station, house connection room with drinking water connection), the addition of a load-bearing wall in parts of building axis B, the creation of a load-bearing wall including foundation in building axis C, the creation of two rental units per floor with their own sanitary cores, the creation of an electrical room at the end of the rental units connected to the electrical connection room in the basement, room temperature control via existing radiators, the closing of access from the general staircase to the current WC facilities, fire protection upgrade, the dismantling of raised floors in the studios and studio installations in favor of a simple floor structure, the removal of hazardous materials, and possibly the replacement of blown-in insulation in the roof truss and wooden windows. For Building 3, the renovation includes the technical access separation from Building 2 and the high-rise, the rearrangement of vertical access to enable multiple rental units, the reopening of the main entrance, a new entrance in the joint between Building 2 and 3 with a freestanding stair tower (basement to attic) in the courtyard, the extension of the existing staircase (axis 1-4) to the attic (also accesses the underground garage), the assignment of the internal existing staircase (axis 3-5) from the ground floor to the 2nd floor to the rental unit on the 1st floor with the dismantling of the continuing stairs to the 2nd floor, the technical self-sufficiency through separation of utilities (basement with its own electrical connection room, distribution room, district heating transfer station, house connection room with drinking water connection), the preservation of the studios in the basement with the creation of a second escape route at the new stair tower, the addition of sanitary cores in axis 22-24, the creation of an electrical room at the end of the rental units connected to the electrical connection room in the basement, fire protection upgrade, the removal of hazardous materials, the demolition of the shallow pitched roof, and the construction of a new attic with a roof terrace as a light roof structure (roof design towards Hopfenstraße as a flat roof, towards the courtyard as a monopitch roof).
